Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint Users

Do you have a Quicken or QuickBooks account linked to Online Banking?

As we begin the upgrade to a new Online & Mobile Banking system on December 2nd, 2022, these enhancements will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action prior to December 2nd to ensure a smooth transition.

The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: Before December 2nd, 2022
A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: After December 5th, 2022
This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file from Quicken or QuickBooks during this outage if you need to view your transactions. The following services may not work during the outage:

Quicken and Quickbooks users, please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Mint Users

For a successful account update, do not log into your Mint account until 5 business days after we go live on December 6th. During this time, the Mint.com server will automatically upgrade the system with your activated accounts. If you login into Mint between December 2nd after 3pm PT and December 11th, you may see duplicate accounts or an error displayed. Please do not attempt to change the status or make any changes in Mint.com during this time.

Mint will automatically update your information, however there will be a downtime in the aggregation service of 3-5 days. If you sign in to Mint after December 11th, your account will automatically update and reconnect showing your transaction history available.

In the event that your accounts do not display current transactions after December 11th, you may log back into Mint.com and click the refresh button to update the account. After the download completes, click the Transactions tab to view up to 90 days of transaction history.

Exporting Data from Mint.com

You are not required to perform actions on your Mint account, however if you would like to acquire a backup prior to our Online Banking Upgrade, it should be done before 3pm PT on December 2nd. You can do this on the desktop version of Mint.com.

*Please note that the Mint mobile app does not have export capability.

  • On a desktop, log in to Mint, click on an account => click the gear icon => Export transactions. It will download a .csv file of the transactions, for your personal use and to check against your Mint account once it becomes available again on December 11th.

This is a recommendation and not a requirement.
