Havasu Community Credit Union (a division of LA Financial Federal Credit Union) is the only existing credit union in the city of Lake Havasu.

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Lake Havasu City, AZ or Los Angeles County. Family members related to a Havasu Community Credit Union or LA Financial member or employee are also eligible to join.

We are a not-for-profit organization, owned by our members. We don't have stockholders to answer to, instead we're here to help you get where you want to go in life.

This means that the earnings, minus operating expenses, are returned to the members in the form of higher deposit rates and lower loan rates.

We pride ourselves in knowing you by name and making your financial experience a pleasant one.

Membership Ownership
Owned by their members (rather than outside stockholders), credit unions are focused on people – not profits. Members elect a volunteer board to oversee their credit union; the credit union’s resources are then directed toward the good of the membership as a whole. Credit Unions exist to serve their member-owners by helping them to make the most of their money.
