The Credit Union Annual Meeting is the annual meeting of the membership. This recording highlights portions of the 2021 Annual Report, and our President & CEO, Carol Galizia, shares some exciting new benefits and services we have recently made available to our members, along with plans we have in the works to continue to serve you better.

First, our Chair of the Board of Directors, Gail LeGros, takes you through the business portion of the Annual Meeting, including nominations and elections for the Board of Directors. Members were asked to vote on some items via the polling feature in the webinar.

How the Election and Annual Meeting Work

Voting Procedures & Nominations (The Election for 2022 has concluded)

Any member in good standing may nominate another member in good standing for a Board position. The necessary petition and certification forms can be obtained from the Secretary of the Credit Union. The certification form must be signed by the nominee, indicating willingness to serve if elected. A brief statement of the petitioner’s qualifications and biographical information must accompany the certification form. The petition must be signed by no less than 1% of the membership (270 members in good standing for 2022). Nominating petitions, certification forms, qualifications and biographical data are to be returned to the Secretary of the Credit Union.
