Launching on May 1st 2022, we have a whole new look to our eStatement portal - with easier navigation and helpful links. If you're an eStatement user you'll see the changes when you log in to view your statement through your Online & Mobile Banking account.

  • After logging in and clicking into your statement you'll arrive at the updated homepage
  • Click on any ad scrolling at the top of the screen to be sent to our website and learn more about our current offerings
  • Select your current statement or view a previous month's statement in the list on the View Statements tab

  • You'll see your Account Balance Summary with all your current accounts listed
  • You can also view your statement as a PDF by clicking on the View PDF icon - see the icon highlighted below
  • Select "Show details" to view transactions for your account

  • You'll find all the current Credit Union disclosures under the Disclosures tab

  • If you need assistance on how to use eStatements or have a question, visit the Help tab

How do I get eStatements?

To receive future statements electronically, register to use To receive future statements electronically, register to use e-Statements, our online statement service. Login to online banking at www.lafinancial.org or mobile banking if you have downloaded the LA Financial app. Login, click Statements>Delivery Options>Online eStatements, and submit changes to save. Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive an e-mail notification that your next month’s statement is ready - usually by the third of each month, just click on the link to log in and view. our online statement service. Other features in Online & Mobile Banking

If you've logged in to online banking between January 18, 2017 - present, you won't need to re-enroll.

    • When you log in to online banking for the first time, you will see a new security prompt.
      • We no longer use security questions for authentication.
      • You will be prompted to receive a Security Access Code (SAC) via email, text or phone call.
        • This will happen every time you use a new device or web browser.
        • Once you register your device or web browser, you'll be set!
      • It is important that you keep your contact information updated.
      • If you need to make changes to where you receive your security access code, log in to online banking, go to: Profile & Settings > Security Preferences > Secure Delivery.

    For added safety & security, set up any alerts you want to receive by logging into Online Banking and going to Profile and Settings > Account Alerts.

    • A wide variety of alerts are available for online activity, account balances, stop payments, date-specific alerts, and more.
    • Choose if you want alerts sent to your phone, text, email, and/or as an online secure message.
