Electronic Services Supervisor:
LA Financial Credit Union in Pasadena seeks an Electronic Services Supervisor reporting to the Processing Services Manager. Responsible for the first line supervision of staff and the day-to-day operational activities of the Processing Services Department. The successful candidate will assist the Processing Services Manager with the administration and coordination of the Credit Union’s electronic delivery channel processing including: ATM, BillPay, ShareDraft, Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH, IRA, Payroll and Fraud functions. Assists the manager in implementing policies and procedures towards ensuring accurate and proper daily operations. Recommends new methods and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality service to our members through our electronic delivery channels.
• Minimum 5 years experience with credit unions or other comparable financial institutions with a minimum of 2 years electronic delivery channels experience in a Supervisor capacity.
• Thorough knowledge of VISA rules, laws and regulations governing electronic transactions, Symitar and FDR systems, subpoenas and levies.
• Excellent member service and communication skills required.
• Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Ability to be self-motivated, have strong organizational and analytical skills.
